The apartments is beautiful and super clean , feels like youre in 5 stars hotel. The interior , the kitchen and the bed rooms are awesome. The location is prime and super convenience access to airport and toll . This apartment located on top of the biggest mall in South East Asia. Superb lobby with front desk that can assist you 24 hours. Great amenities , pool and fitness also jogging track. I definitely will stay here for next visit to Surabaya.

a very nice place to go to Pakuwon Mall, easy access. Close range to west surabaya area (within ±15mins drive). you also get free parking

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse met lekkers en water. Het appartement is zeer compleet uitgerust en heeft heerlijke bedden. Vanuit het appartement kom je gelijk uit in de mall. Daar kun je shoppen, eten en boodschappen doen. Je zit op 20 hoog dus er is geen optie voor buiten zitten. Gewoon een heerlijk verblijf.

Peggy is super-nice host. her place feels like home and worth every penny. she put attention to detail, when she knew that im going with a baby, she gave me some pampers to use. for sure i will go back to this place.

Nice place to stay! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my time in Surabaya. The staff was alright, though there was a bit of a delay when I checked in—I had to wait around 30 minutes. Other than that, the house was clean, and everything listed in the information section matched what I found. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Surabaya again.

Since it's a new place, everything's in awesome shape. The hosts are super friendly and really helpful, and we've got everything we need. Plus, the location is great, just 15 minutes from Pakuwon Mall. I'd totally recommend staying here ❤️

Nice place, very clean. Asri is a great host who is friendly, responsive & accommodative. We had to change the date at the last minute and she took care of it immediately & provided exactly what we needed. The apartment is well maintained & fully equipped. We didn't need to worry if we ran out of drinking water, toilet tissue or other essentials. Asri is on top of things. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we visit Surabaya.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Vicky hat super schnell geantwortet und hat sich große Mühe gegeben uns ziemlich spontan die Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen. Kamen erst um 00:00Uhr in Surabaya an und trotzdem war der Check-In super einfach. Zusätzlich wurde uns dann gleich ein late-Check-out bis 13:00Uhr angeboten. Würde wieder hier übernachten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Great place and attentive host

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.
