This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

It is a minute's walk to the town's fantastic restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops, the park, and even bocce courts! Beautiful and wild Centerville Beach is a scenic five mile drive away. Welcome to our little, dog friendly, beach house in Manila! Enjoy a full kitchen, a dry sauna, full size washer and dryer, ample parking, speedy wifi, and an enclosed yard just a 10min walk to a dog friendly beach. Each room has a queen bed with different firmness, as well as a queen pull out couch in the living room. An even split between Arcata and Eureka makes getting to 101 a straight shot. Less than a 5 min drive to the marina. Located near the beautiful redwoods!

Wake up to the redwoods, head into town to enjoy a cappuccino at a local coffee shop, located only 15 minutes away from the Arcata Plaza, come back to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, then get a goodnights rest on our memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets and memory foam pillows. 2nd set of sheets & pillows will only be included for 3+ guests! 4/20 friendly :) Property is shared with our main cabin. NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.

The YumYum Bungalow Cottage

The YumYum is an eclectic studio cottage nestled between town center and the redwood forest. The Community Redwood Forest, Cal Poly, and the Arcata Plaza are all just a short, lovely neighborhood walk away. The cottage was lovingly created using all natural (and often local materials). Most of the wood is salvaged old-growth meaning it might be as old as 2,000 years! Hosting is our passion and we take pride and joy in the honor to welcome you.
