Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Samtskhe-Javakheti

Thomas and his wife are so loveable, and we're very accommodates gave us mineral water and apples from their tree and grapes from the garden even offered us some koniak:) just to visit them it was worth it definitely will come again:)

It has a great view, and the hosts are very responsive and kind. The location is excellent. It's easy to walk to the park, the bus station, and restaurants.

Nice place, responsive host, very quiet and far from the touristic crowds. Everything perfect!

Good pace, but get GPS coordinate, not address, and A/C wasn’t working. Replacement remote didn’t do anything. We stayed t One night, but texts went unanswered, calling is better.

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

The place is really nice. Definitely worth staying at. We were greeted by the host’s father who was really nice and kind to us. We booked a room that comes with a private bathroom, a big shared kitchen and a shared living room inside and a very spacious terrace with a view on the whole Borjomi on the outside. It looks especially beautiful at night with the city lights. Parking is on the street close to the place and it’s a short walk uphill to get to the apartment. But the view is definitely worth the walk. We loved the place a lot and definitely recommend booking it. It’s also possible to book the entire house that fits 7 people so you will have the entire place for yourself.

The house was pretty hard to find because of unclear instructions and the wrong pin on a map. We lost an hour trying to find the house. Everything else was fine: the apartment is clean and looks like in the photos, the kitchen has everything for cooking, the heating works properly and there is always hot water. The house is very close to one of the ski tracks.

Нас было 2 взрослых и 4 детей, в этой двух комнатах нам было достаточно места, не кто не кого не притеснял. Место очень удачное рядом со склоном 25 , 2-5 минут ходьбы До города и магазина 25-20 минут ходьбы До ресторана 2-10 минут ходьбы ( большой выбор) Мы довольны, спасибо хозяйке.

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

Наши выходные прошли замечательно. Мы приезжали в Бакуриани покататься на горнолыжном комплексе. Квартира расположена в тихом и уютном месте. До спуска Кохты и Митарби — 10 минут пешком через лес. Дома чисто и опрятно. Хозяин отзывчивый и всегда был на связи. Вид из окна красивый — видно горы и рассвет! Два единственных минуса — холодный пол (зимой захватите носки или тапочки) И не оказалось штопора 🤭 Спасибо за приятное пребывание 🩷🩷🩷

The location is perfect. There is a drag lift right behind the house. In front of the house you can take a path and ski to the ski slope of "Crystal". There is another drag lift and a gondola there. Besides, the biggest ski slope "Didveli" is very close, by car it takes about 5 minutes. Since the house borders on the forest, it is very pleasantly quiet and you always breathe fresh air. Parking in front of the house is usually not a problem. There is also a parking place behind the house. The apartment offers you everything you need in everyday life. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. There is also a washing machine. Tia is a nice hostess.

Lovely place 10 min drive from Borjomi. The cabin is at the back of a small development, with an undisturbed view over the beautiful canyon (it’s on top of Borjomi Central Park). Most of the food options are down in the valley, it’s easy to get there. The place is 20 min drive from Borjomi Natural Park with a lot of pretty cool hiking options. The furnishings and the kitchenware are a bit basic, but do the trick, most likely you’ll not be cooking there, this being Georgia and all :)

The owner was responsive and helpful. The wooden house was well decorated and had a many amenities that suit your daily needs. The village only has a single shop, for restaurants and other things you have to go to the Borjomi center which is not too far.

Assolutamente perfetto!! La casa é stupenda immersa nella natura, l host é stata super reattiva nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Ottima anche la pulizia della casa. In aggiunta l’host ci ha anche lasciato come pensiero una bottiglia di vino e del cioccolato . Assolutamente consigliato!!! 💯

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Jascha und seine Familie sind äußerst Gastfreundlich, er hat uns sogar mehrere Stunden bis zur Burg Khikhani Fortress begleitet! Sehr hilfsbereite Menschen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Jascha und Familie!!! Auch für die georgischen Kostbarkeiten mit dem hausgemachten Wein. Jonas, Lisa und die Kinder
