Thanks to Khun Bing for her friendly guidance, always responsive and welcoming. Flexible also allowing an early check-in. If you want a taste of the real Bangkok with easy access to the touristy Bangkok you can't go wrong. A real local experience, will stay again.

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

My family and I had an amazing stay in Bangkok! The place was cozy, clean, and felt just like home - exactly what we needed after long days of exploring Bangkok. We stayed for about four nights at Home428 and absolutely loved this cozy little gem! The place is strategically located—just a short walk to great restaurants, BTS Saphan Taksin, 7-Eleven, mini Big C, and more. Frank was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered, providing us with clear and easy-to-follow instructions from the get-go. A quick tip from personal experience: when booking a ride via Bolt or Grab, it’s best to set your pickup/drop-off point at Satri Si Suriyothai School, as the alley leading to Home428 is too narrow for cars to pass through. Will definitely return one fine day! ☺️

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host responses fast and good service. The location was perfect and nice to have restaurants and shops nearby, especially with BTS two minutes walk.

The house is very good and has clean beds and linens. The house has excellent laundry equipment. The host is very gracious, responsive and provides many good amenities. It is a good value.

Apinun was a very great Host, always replied very fast, was very friendly and had great instructions for surrounding places. The place was perfectly as I imagined it and matched the description/ pictures. 10/10 definitely recommend

The place was really clean and well maintained! The whole place felt very cozy and the hosts were extremely accomodating, they had switched out the sofa bed with a queen bed making the stay extra comfy for our group of 6! The hosts were very responsive when we couldnt figure out how to get in at night.

This stay was great!The location of the🏡 house is very convenient, close to the subway station and bus station, very convenient for getting around.There are plenty of delicious restaurants, snacks and cafes around, whether you want to eat authentic food or have a relaxing cup of coffee. The host is super nice, warm and attentive, contacted me in advance before check-in, and from time to time during check-in, he was concerned about whether there was anything he could help with, really very considerate.The room is clean and tidy, arranged very warmly, very comfortable to stay, feels like home. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I will choose this place again next time!Highly recommended!👍

This is a stunning and exceptionally well-equipped Airbnb! It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos — spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained. The amenities and appliances provided are excellent — everything you need to feel truly at home. The host is incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We’ve stayed in several Airbnbs in Bangkok, and this one is by far our favourite. I honestly have nothing to fault. If you’re considering staying here — do it! You’ll love it.

The one that was stunned at the door of the room was the glossy marble floor in the living room, to be honest, it felt cleaner than the floor at home!The bathroom is also very ventilated, dry and odorless, the shower is a beautiful mark, the shampoo is a L'Oréal home, it can be seen that the host is a person who pays attention to detail.The upstairs was wooden floor and felt homely.The location of the villa is also very good, the villa area is a large mall, and IKEA home, you can visit for half a day.Thank you for the thoughtful and warm service of the host, the car arrangement is also on time, and the driver service attitude is very good.All in all, it's not a half-bit review, and it adds a sense of excitement to a pleasant trip, thank you!Choose your home again!

Great place, nice outside shower and yoga studio next door

Leah was extremely friendly and attentive and communicates well, this entire stay was a breeze from start to finish in a great place. The house is very large. There is easily space for 8 adults (2 in each room) with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is still new, modern and functions as you would expect. While the house itself lacks a little bit of that "homey" feeling, it nonetheless is genuinely a great place to stay. This is especially true if you're a group of multiple smaller families or a group of friends as each floor contains 1 or 2 bedrooms that are insolated quite well from one another. The rooms themselves are spacious too. The common area is functional and comfortable but does not necessarily invite you to stay around for a long time. It is still Bangkok however so why would you even want to, get outside! Considering the location is quite centrally located and quiet, this is the perfect base from which to explore multiple areas of Bangkok.

My daughter family love this house very much, they want to visit and stay in next year, thank you for the cleanness and super convenience and warm welcome. Recommend everyone to stay here.

Very nice and comfy house. It’s safe, beautiful and quiet. Better to have a car because there’s no nearby shops or cafes. Perfect place to work from home
