Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Antonio de Prado

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, as it gets all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

Had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. One small note: the unit wasn’t as high up as I expected based on the photos, and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was exceptionally nice and comfortable. Very clean and with everything necessary to enjoy your vocation away from home. Host was very friendly and helpful in making our stay comfortable and offering any assistance required. Highly recommend this property.

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

Nathalia & Juan's property was beautiful and just as the listing described. They were communicative and responsive so there were no major issues and everything goes smoothly from check in to check out. I booked this airBnB for a destination wedding and shared it with some wedding guests (some of which I was meeting for the first time after being introduced by the bride and groom). We all loved it, became great friends here, and noted that it was one of the highlights of our stay. It is important to shout out that Juan actually went out of his way multiple times for us to make our stay extra smooth and memorable. He even bought a steamer for the property for us to use to steam our suits and dresses for the wedding when he found out we might need one. I met Juan very briefly during my stay and in that time he was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He even contacted pharmacies for me to help find medicine I lost (likely due to airport security) on my way to Medellin. 5 Stars !!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, very well cared for, and with all the details you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, and very easy to get around. What we want to highlight most is the friendliness and service of the host. She was attentive from the first moment, always willing to help and make us feel at home. You can tell he really cares about providing a quality experience. 100% recommended.
