Apartment holiday rentals in San Basilio, Rome

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

I had a great stay at Simone’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located about 15 minutes from the Metro station, which made getting around fairly easy, even though it’s a bit outside the center of Rome. Simone was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

Very well-equipped accommodation and consistent with the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very friendly before and throughout the stay.

We loved our stay! The hosts are incredible responsive and welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, clean and we felt right at home. The location is perfect for those looking to escape the chaos, but incredibly walkable to the train and bus. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation with private roof terrace, table tennis table in the courtyard and super accessibility to public transport and 24/7 grocery stores. We were allowed to arrive at eight and everything we needed was available in the accommodation. From towels and bedding with enough sleeping space for all of us to cosmetics and kitchen utensils. Place was very clean and air conditioned. We also liked the fast and uncomplicated exchange with the host and the flexible check-in and check-out. Gladly again!

The location of the house is great, 5 minutes' walk to Monti Tiburtini stop, in a peaceful neighborhood. Hot water was available 24/7, all the electronics in the house were working properly. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay here again.

Paola was a great guest. He waited for us at the scheduled time. He told us that we could park inside the building (which I hadn't noticed), he bought us water and pasta with sauce because we would arrive late and he didn't know if we would eat. The space was exactly as presented: large shower, large rooms, high-speed internet. It is difficult to find real homes today. We are now used to Ikea showrooms. Instead, this house was full of books. A note to appreciate (probably a legacy of some mother or aunt): a collection of ceramic thimbles. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend a lot but want the peace of mind of getting around the center with a few metro stops.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s place. We arrived much earlier than expected, and he kindly adjusted to our schedule so we didn’t have to wait around, such a thoughtful host! The apartment was beautifully put together, spacious, and exactly as described, with great ventilation and all the listed amenities. We especially appreciated the welcome package and the local recommendations—Fabrizio suggested places we actually visited and truly enjoyed. This stay added so much to our experience in Rome, and we’ll definitely be booking here again on our next visit! Thank you!

We had a great time. The apartment was very cozy, squeaky clean and well equipped. We even asked for a clothes iron and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the host also got us an ironing board with that. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. Lots of supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Paolo and Georgio were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place!! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
