We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

This was our second time booking with Diane and will definitely book again. Great private location

Becky's place was very comfortable. We picked this place because it was pet friendly. Because it was pet friendly we thought it might not be as clean but it was very clean! The beds are comfortable too! We did not see any evidence of any other pets that have stayed there. If I had to pick one thing to work on I would say new towels and linens as they are a little aged. Also we did not see any dishtowels or cleaning rags so we had to use paper towels to wipe down and our own boat rags we had brought. So make sure you bring extra paper towels. We would stay here again as it was very comfortable for our kids and pets. Becky even gave us the options of checking in early and checking out late which was a bonus!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Big Bear is such a fun place to visit with so much to do all year round. We spent a week during spring break and could not have asked for more at this cabin. It was big and cozy and very well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected! We spent most nights in the game room that had something for everyone, and the fireplace kept the upstairs toasty while adding ambience. The yard was massive and fully enclosed so we felt safe letting our dog outside. The kitchen had everything, lots of space, and being open to the living room area allowed us all to spend time together while cooking. The host was super responsive and proactive and the neighborhood was quiet and close to The Village. We would totally stay here again!!!

A Perfect Family Getaway! This house is the ideal escape for families! There's so much to do for kids of all ages, and it truly offers something for everyone. This was our second year staying here, and we loved every minute of it. Watching my whole family enjoy the lake and have fun together was absolutely priceless. The house is packed with amenities—just bring your bathing suit and some food, and you're all set for an unforgettable vacation!

Had a wonderful experience during our stay! Jennifer provided detailed information about the house and recommendations on things to do around the area. The photos did not do this place justice - it was much more spacious and it was nice and clean. The views of the lake and forest from the balcony were great, we would drink our morning coffee amidst the peaceful scenery. Even at night you could see a decent amount of stars. Our group of 11 people and dogs never felt crowded and we would often spend our time in the main living room because there was a spot for everyone. My favorite aspect was the extremely large dining table that seated everyone comfortably and it was so nice being able to eat our meals at the same table. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and Jennifer was a helpful host.

Had an amazing week staying here with being super close to the lake at a walkable distance. The place had everything we needed for a peaceful trip!

Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ryan was very Helpful and easy to communicate with from the day we booked until we checked out. The Host Always responded back very quickly. The Condo was very large and spacious and provided more than enough room for my FamiIy I will definitely book with them Again.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

Awesome stay!! Would stay every time!!

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

Great place, great location, and great host! Will definitely be back here!
