Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Mountain Cottage in Val di Blenio, Ludiano

Renovated old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest 300 meters from the village in an isolated position, for lovers of the mountains and tranquility. Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). In the chalet everything works with electricity; electricity consumption is not included in the price.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
