Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Beautiful and comfortable place! Well located, quiet area but with all amenities needed. Near the main street and shops to stock up. The host is very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

Super spacious house, each room en suite, a beautiful patio and a large grill for barbecuing. We loved our time there and would definitely come back! The host is attentive at all times, 10 out of 10!

The house is very nice and with quite comfortable for the 12 people, the kitchen has all the cutlery and the tennis court is in excellent condition

Great accommodation where you can feel at home right away. You can quickly get to Asucion, but you can also get to the airport in 15 minutes. Communication was great. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay was excellent. We greatly appreciate the host's attention and kindness, always willing to help us. The place is very quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. In addition, it is spacious, very clean and well cared for, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is also very well located, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Totally recommended!

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Yes, it was good. There was a shopping mall nearby and shops. It was comfortable and safe in the condominium. I liked the stay, and it has what it says in the description. I always choose a washer and dryer, which is important.
