Acceso al mar caminando por un sendero de 150 mts y bajando unas escaleras. A 25 min del Puerto de San Blas.

Villa Exotica is located in a private small gated community of Punta Custodio in the town of Platanitos. Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.

The house is in the village of San Blas, 600 meters from Borrego beach, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, a barbecue, sound equipment, a ping pong table, badminton, golf pool, dominoes, and other board games. The pool has a temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. And for good habits there is a yoga mat, rope, exercise bands, soccer ball, goal and books for good reading.

Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. Relax and enjoy this beautiful space!

The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.

It offers access to a stream that connects to a beautiful beach; this space allows you to live with all the elements of nature. It is important to note that the cabin is not right on the beach. It is approximately 80 meters walking distance.
