Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

La casa es muy cómoda, amplia y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar la temporada. La colonia es extremadamente tranquila. La ubicación es bastante beneficiosa, de un lado esta la col, valle dorado que ofrece todo tipo de comida desde restaurantes hasta antojitos y taquitos, servicios como farmacias oxxos y hacia la costa están los restaurantes más elegantes. Lo más fácil es llevar tu propio vehículo. El internet suele estar bastante estable y de buena velocidad. Combinado con lo tranquilo de la zona, es excelente para trabajo remoto. La privada es bastante estricta con las mascotas ( lo cual es bueno, se aseguran que las áreas verdes siempre estén limpias) , pero los alrededores puedes salir a pasear, y la playa más cercana (fibba) te permiten estar en paz con ellos. Muy felices y planeanando en regresar pronto.

una gran casa, jardín precioso, alberca tibia super rica y limpia siempre, casa espaciosa y aire acondicionado en casa habitación y sala , super cómoda, fuimos a todas las recomendaciones del anfitrión para comer y todas excelentes :)

El alojamiento simplemente es perfecto El único detalle que en lo personal veo, es que está un poco alejado de las playas "principales" (SI NO LLEVAS CARRO PROPIO, Y NO QUIERES UBER) fuera de todo eso, es un alojamiento simplemente perfecto y en definitiva volvería a tomar la estancia, también es más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos, los aires acondicionados son muy buenos, la privacidad entre las habitaciones y los baños son buenas, la piscina es de un tamaño muy bueno y cómodo, además de que al parecer tiene su propia calefacción, la cocina está mejor equipada que muchas cosas en CDMX jaja. las decoraciones y en general la arquitectura es muy buena. Los sillones y por supuesto las camas son muy cómodas para dormir y estar, las pantallas también son de tamaños adecuados Yo en lo particular, para casos en los que no haya transporte propio y evitar el uso de Uber o similares, agregaría una bicicleta para poder ir rápidamente por cosas pequeñas a tiendas cercanas Pero... 10/10 🫶🏻

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Suite Umi fue una estupenda opción. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso a restaurantes y el malecón. La suite es cómoda, limpia y moderna, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy atento. Recomendado si buscas un Airbnb tranquilo y bien ubicado en Puerto Vallarta ¡Muy recomendable!

Fue realmente acogedor y lindo, muy completo y funcional. La anfitriona súper atenta, solo hay que seguir las reglas externar al pie de la letra pero el apartamento fenomenal, así que si quieres pasar unos días agradables sin duda contra.

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

El lugar está mucho mejor que en las fotografías, fácil acceso, personal del edificio muy amable, alberca no climatizada pero la vista que tiene es de lo mejor, ubicado a 10 minutos caminando a playa de nuevo Vallarta o si llevas auto menos tiempo con la posibilidad de entrar al estacionamiento a pie de playa ( $25 x hora) , lugares MUY cercanos y variados ($) para consumir alimentos. La anfitriona en todo momento muy atenta a mis dudas. Completamente recomendable.

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Es un alojamiento muy bueno para que grupos grandes puedan pasar la noche. Consideren que no es un lugar en el que quizá te vayas a quedar todo el día, sino más que nada para dormir, asearse y quizá comer entre paseos. Incluye la vajilla por si se necesita; al llegar, encontramos cajas de cereal nuevas, que se agradecen mucho. Importante tener en cuenta que no está en Puerto Vallarta; San Vicente está a unos 20-25 minutos de distancia de Puerto Vallarta, por lo que es una zona tranquila, pero con buenos lugares cerca para comer. Las camas son suficientes para 17/18 personas. El acceso es sencillo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, Internet y televisiones en cada habitación. Un buen lugar, definitivamente. 😁

Excelente hospedaje totalmente recomendado, la alberca estaba increíble el agua no estaba fría y era muy grande con acceso fácil, el airbnb súper bonito, cómodo y completo, amamos nuestra estancia

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is great—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The host was super friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. If you're looking for a relaxing, budget-friendly stay in Nuevo Vallarta with a touch of local charm, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

Una casa con excelentes habitaciones cada una con baño completo, la cocina apta para cocinar. Y excelente sala.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.
