The apartment is exactly as you can see in the sea photos. Not very attentive with everything and responded to each of my queries. the quiet place, a little away from the central area and easy to access the beach. I recommend the place 100%.

The apartment is very good, just like the photos, super spacious, has everything. From the entrance of Northbeach to the villa is approx 3km. From the apartment to the beach is 10’ walking. It's away from it all, it's an ideal place to disconnect a little, super peaceful. It served us a lot to go with lots of provisions to avoid going out. Costa Emerald has good paradores to eat. Pinamar are approx 20’ of route, keep in mind that it is hand-contramian and not illuminated. From the date we went we could not enjoy much of the facilities but you can tell that it is a place with a lot of potential, clean, very spacious and the people who work there are loving. The host was helpful and available. We'll be back!

It's not my first time using AirBnB and I've had experiences where what I offered in the listing was far from what I was when I arrived, but this was not the case, everything was as offered, the communication was very clear and we liked the place a lot - the house in particular, San Clemente in general.

Amazing place! We really liked it! We went with my husband and my 8 and 5 children for holy week. The apartment has everything you need, it's super spacious. On one side you have the view of the beach and the other side forest. Super quiet. We were walking on the beach. We rest a lot. Inside the property there is a gym, basketball court, etc, heated pool and close to the beach there is a pool. For those of us looking to rest, they like the beach, but also the forest, disconnecting from the city and being in contact with nature in one place is ideal. For shopping or walking Pinamar and Carilo are super close!

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb page: spacious, bright, immaculately clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. But what really makes this apartment special is Ivan's attention and hospitality. From the moment I booked, she was in touch with me, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. It was an excellent vacation, very good location if you like to enjoy the day at the beach and close to supermarkets , rotiserias and warehouses. The accommodation is very comfortable, good treatment and the apartment feels very safe since you share in the building with mostly direct owners. It is on the ground floor which gives it some extra points by not having to go up and down stairs. Highly recommended!

Spectacular stay! The apartment is nicer than in the pictures. Close to everything and with an unbeatable view to watch the sunset. Agustina and Roberto were always very attentive.

Very good care from the owner and very friendly, excellent location. There's a disco supermarket around the corner. The depto is very nice and has a small balcony in front of the dining room, we were super comfortable and the area is very safe.
