You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. It is a comfortable single room with access to a bathroom via the hallway, which you share with another guest (possibly two). In your room, there is a desk and chair, ideal for working. And a well-functioning air conditioning system. The room is located on the 3rd floor of a small building in a beautiful duplex apartment. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room and there is also a washing machine.

It is close to Ciudad Universitaria, different universities such as UCM, UPM (INEF), and Clínica Moncloa hospital, HU San Carlos and Fundación Jimenez Díaz, etc. There is a direct train ride to the airport. Room located on a quiet street. It's on the 4th floor WITH an elevator.
