The house is directly in front of the beach with all necessary amenities to rest, relax and enjoy nature. Cool off in the beach or enjoy the newly renovated pool with a wet bar. Fully equipped indoor kitchen as well as a brand new outdoor kitchen/bar. All bedrooms have AC as well as ceiling fans .

Our Beachfront Villa

Relax at our peaceful beachfront house on the ocean in Playa San Diego. Our house is a well equipped 3-bedroom ranch with a large living/dining area and outdoor patio overlooking the playa. Outside is a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees, a large pool, a covered patio and a mirador to give you a birds-eye view of the beach. From here you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, listen to the surf and see surfers, fisherman and wildlife all from the comfort of a covered mirador.

Private Beachfront Retreat

This private beach front vacation home was custom built with thoughtful touches to make your vacation as relaxing and comfortable as possible. You're only steps away from the quiet sandy beach where you may be fortunate enough to see a giant sea turtle laying her eggs in the sand. Enjoy the private pool with a shallow play area for the little ones. A large outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ make the perfect setting for memorable meals followed by a siesta in one of the hammocks.

Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

Vaivén Beach House: Ocean front and private pool

Just 25 minutes from the airport, Vaivén is the perfect oceanfront getaway. Enjoy a private pool, hammocks by the sea, spacious outdoor areas, and beautiful sunsets accompanied by the ocean breeze. A private retreat designed for relaxation and creating special memories with family and friends. The property is rented exclusively to one guest group at a time, accommodates up to 5 guests, and includes one bedroom. The second bedroom remains locked and is not part of the reservation.
