# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

Manuela’s place was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

Juliana’s place was spacious and nicely located near city center, with plenty of walkable attractions and food spots. Lots of super markets and other necessary places nearby to visit including some parks and museums. Great location and spot was was well protected with security guard 24/7.

Me and my boyfriend loved the stay here at Jaco’s place & he was very responsive and kind. The place was exactly as described and not far from everything. It is by a train station and it was a tad bit noisy sometimes in the single bed room but other than that I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks again :)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location. Neighborhood with several things nearby to walk, restaurants and cafes. Quiet for sleeping. It has a 24-hour reception and security.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

The host is always attentive to the needs and/or questions that may arise, and is very detail-oriented. The apartment is always impeccable and has everything you need to feel at home. I usually travel with my children, so this apartment is one of my favorites because we are comfortable, the place is very close to what we need, it is safe, the building staff is very friendly and the host communicates very well. I recommend it

It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
