Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Felipe del Agua

Staying in the unit is recommendable to our Airbnb community. The location is a bit far from the centro area but if you drive, it wouldn’t be matter. The parking space is available and parking is not hard at all. Of all, I definitely want to come back :)

I had a wonderful stay! The views of the mountains, the terrace, skylights, windows/doors, modern design, spacious rain shower, and kingsized bed made it difficult to leave! The apartment had the feeling of a modern boutique condo and the hosts were super responsive. It was also easy to get around because the apartment is within walking distance of the city’s center. I whole-heartedly recommend Aloja T!!! It is a hidden gem!

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.

El estudio de Gene y Miranda es el lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse en la ciudad de Oaxaca. El lugar es un oasis en las afueras de la urbe. Llegamos y nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba ordenado y muy bien equipado. Florencio el casero nos recibió muy amablemente. Volveremos pronto. Nos encantó.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble gracias a Miguel Ángel :) El departamento estaba muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar la semana. El rumbo estuvo muy tranquilo todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. La ubicación estuvo maravillosa: todo está a distancia caminable, hay un montón de lugares cerca para comer, hay tienditas y súper por si necesitas algo. Miguel Ángel fue muy atento desde el principio. Nos perdimos un poco para llegar y él nos esperó afuera para mostrarnos exactamente el lugar; nos explicó claramente dónde estaba y cómo funcionaba cada cosa dentro del departamento y siempre fue muy amable. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a alojar aquí en una visita futura.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Oaxaca con el zócalo y varias cosas cercanas caminando. Una tienda de conveniencia, cafeterías, mezcalerias y restaurantes en la misma calle. Dulce siempre respondió rápido. El departamento es como se describe en la publicación y en los reviews en todo sentido. Asumo son delgadas las ventanas y paredes por lo que si se escucha lo del exterior muy fácil, pero para mi no fue un problema. Las noches eran relativamente tranquilas. Recomendado!

Anastasia's house was spectacular. So many beautiful details, and an AMAZING outside roof terrace. My favorite thing was sitting out there admiring all the plants and the view. The house is walking distance to all the restaurants/cafes/markets. The nice showers and air conditioning was a plus. It was just me and my boyfriend but this house is certainly big enough for a family or extra guests. Could not recommend this airbnb enough!

Beautiful big house! Loved that each room had its own bathroom which was super accommodating to our family of 9. Full kitchen amenities, loved the roof top with the small pool even though we never got it to heat, but the climate was hot enough to enjoy it anyways. The restaurant across the street is a super recommendation! Would definitely stay again.

La casa es preciosa, con áreas recreativas geniales, un hogar muy espacioso perfecto para varias personas, Rafael y edwin muy atentos, nos apoyaron recomendando lugares para comer y pasear, muy exelentes anfitriones.

Our stay was fantastic. It was in a nice area and was super close to the center of the city and a big supermarket. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Having an alarm made us feel a lot safer and we really appreciated being left drinking water and having an in house washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was great and it made Oaxaca even better.

Wow. This house is incredible. It is a work of art in and of itself. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space, comfortable beds, coffee, mezcal and drinking water provided. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere in the city from the house. The house is very close to a lovely park that is busy and full of food and families. Rene was available for recommendations and questions as they popped up. It was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Spacious, clean and well equipped place. Oscar received us at short notice, allowed us an early check in and communicated promptly throughout our entre stay. Excellent host, recommended stay.

A great place to stay, close to the Airport. My dog and I arrived shortly after sundown and enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful spot to rest and cleanup prior to our trip to the beach the next day. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed the internet, and coffee in the morning and how clean everything was. Our host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

La casa es muy bella, moderna, funcional, segura y minimalista en su decoracion. Las fotos del lugar NO estan photoshopeadas como en otros Airbnbs, lo cual fue fantastico, nada de sorpresas desagradables! Todos los electrodomesticos funcionan y son modernos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La entrada de auto tiene porton automatico, lo cual es super eficiente. Como esta rodeada de jardin, se escuchan los pajaros, lo cual es bello y a la noche se ven muchas estrellas (lo cual es un deleite para los que venimos de la ciudad :-) El area es tranquila, esta alrededor de 20 minutos del centro en auto. Los vecinos son amistosos y ayudan como buenos vecinos (muy linda experiencia). Helena es una super anfitriona, ayuda mucho y es un encanto. Super recomiendo este lugar!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

El departamento estaba muy bien diseñado, me encantó la distribución. Solo no había agua para tomar en el garrafón, llegamos de noche y eso nos faltó. La televisión nunca funcionó, supongo que no sirve. Por lo demás todo muy bien, los cuartos, la cocina, todo estuvo excelente. Sin duda volvería

This place was perfect. Walkable distance to Santo Domingo and the Zocalo. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and we probably will when we come to Oaxaca again.

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

El apartamento es muy moderno y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado ya que aunque no queda en el centro, está a aproximadamente 15 minutos en vehículo. Pamela es muy amable y siempre estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. Tuvimos un par de inquietudes y nos respondió inmediatamente. Tener parqueadero dentro del edificio es muy importante y útil. Oaxaca una ciudad muy interesante y hermosa.

Muy agradable el departamento, limpio y muy tranquila la zona. Muy buena ubicación, es muy fácil trasladarse a sitios de interés. 100% recomendable. Y la atención de los anfitriones excelente.

A must stay when visiting Oaxaca! The place was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities you need. The terrace was also a nice touch and so relaxing whilst reading a book and enjoying a morning coffee. The location is fantastic, there are things to do and see in every direction you walk and in such close proximity. The hosts were very responsive with answering any questions I had as well as offering recommendations on what to do/ where to go etc I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place, well connected through Buses and 3-wheelers. Be prepared for Sundays where buses dont run in this neighbourhood. Pretty close to a Pitico like 7- Eleven. Many vegetable shops close by. Rooms and amenities are very comfortable.
