Sustainable Las Lajas Studio Apt. Beach+pickleball

Private bachelor apt has its own parking space, entrance and private balcony.Beach in about 25 steps. Large walk-in shower, king size bed and kitchen has stove, fridge. We are very proud to have made changes to our property to make it more environmentally sustainable: solar panels capture our energy from the sun, we capture rain from our roof and collect it into our cistern under the house, we place windows, patios, etc to capture the breezes to reduce the need to use air conditioning.

Casa Limón

This space (the entire top floor) has an ocean view and breeze with hammocks and ceiling fans. The ac is only in the bedroom. We have now finished the bottom floor of the house, which has its own kitchen and bathroom and has 2 queen beds. That space has a powerful ac to cool the whole apt. If you are traveling with more than 2 people, you can request to rent both spaces, for an additional fee. You can see the pictures of the downstairs space at Casa Limón II. Or just ask me!

If you are looking for place to get away and unwind, La casa de Maestros is the place for you. Our house is surrounded by nature and is perfect for bird watching. We are not directly on the beach but you will have complete privacy surrounded by flowers and the bird haven "laguna" that is behind our house. It is about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. We are teachers and this house is our future retirement home. We hope you love the house and the experience of Las Lajas.
