The location was central and accessible to where family could meet us or from where we could get to where we needed to go (Penal, Debe, Gasparillo). Also close to a lot of restaurants so easy to get food delivered. The place is exactly as pictured. AC units in every room cooled the place to where it was very comfortable. When we walked in you could smell how clean the place was, which made a good first impression. First floor had the living room, kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Kitchen had basic necessities that you would need (although we did no cooking). The second floor had a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony, two other bedrooms (one had a balcony overlooking the pool) and those bedrooms shared a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The pool is very nice and big. My girls loved being able to enjoy it during the day or even in the afternoon after a long day out. The location is ideal and very quiet. Would stay again!

The photos perfectly describe the ambiance of the space, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Parking was secure and area was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed having my own gate remote to leave and return as I please. I must stay here again!

This unit was luxurious and modern, with brand new appliances, just as depicted in the photos! It felt like home away from home and each room had a wonderful and pleasant scent. I spent a week there with my sisters and it was very close to the mall and many restaurants. The balconies, pool and gym were also a nice addition!! I’ll definitely book here again every-time I’m in San Fernando!

Not enough space to really say how GREAT this place was. Felt like I was home. JUST FELT RIGHT. Open space concept, beautiful kitchen. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, stove, oven exactly how you would do it in your own home. Bathrooms and bedrooms were done just right. Place was quiet but yet still not far from everything. Within minutes you can get to a grocery. Then a few more minutes Gulf City (a mall). Lots to do, lots to see. Just off the beaten path but not so far as to get lost. I love this place. Wish I could stay there forever. My family also loved it and begged us to return soon....which we will. I think I've said enough. If by now you haven't gotten the jist of my review, let me sum it up: Great home, great host, great price, great location. You will not be disappointed.

My stay at Rennie's condo was very relaxing. The Unit was very clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The security in the building was one of the reasons why I booked this place and I was very surprised at how much it exceeded my expectations. This was my third stay at Dave’s place, and once again, I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. Dave is a wonderful host—always responsive and accommodating. I typically don’t have any issues during my stays, and that consistency is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The very first time I stayed, there was a small issue with the AC leaking. Dave immediately offered to move me to the next unit, which I appreciated, but I was already settled and chose to stay put. His quick response and willingness to help stood out. During this most recent visit, I noticed there's some construction going on—looks like a pool is being added, which is really exciting! I can’t wait to bring my daughter once it's completed. That’s going to be a great feature. There are a few dogs on the exterior of the residence who do bark, but they’re completely harmless. In fact, their presence actually adds to the sense of security for me. Overall, I had another great stay and will definitely be back soon!
