Private suite holiday rentals in San Francisco

This was perfect for our 4-night vacation in San Francisco. Melissa was helpful for questions about places to eat and how to use the fire pits on the beach just north of there. We would absolutely stay here again, with everything we needed and such a short walk to the ocean.

The location of Kat’s place is wonderful and beautiful. Just a few minutes from my friend’s apartment which made it so easy to spend time for our wknd together. This is an in law unit so you can hear what’s going on upstairs. But being from the city I was aware and prepared. I really enjoyed the small touches with coffee and chips prepared for us. The laundry was helpful too bc I don’t like packing dirty laundry home. For the value I would stay again no question. Thanks for sharing your home with us Kat.

Her place was perfect for our stay. I took my daughter to sf for her bday. We walked n took the bus everywhere we needed. The space is small but felt roomy. U do hear noise from street n neighbors but it seemed like mostly during day hours n we were exploring the shops most of the time. The bus stop is 1/2 block away n was really easy to use. If we were going back to japan town I would definitely stay there again. The little touches n information she has there was super helpful. And if u need anything she is quick to respond n give suggestions!! Thanks Marjorie

Great Airbnb. Place was spotless. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay and nice touches such as coffee, condiments available. Good amount of space with a separate lounge area and kitchen table and chairs. Cynthia was very proactive in checking that we had everything we needed. We love the area - lively and walkable to great restaurants / coffee shops/ shopping. Well located for other parts of SF. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks for sharing g it with us.

This Airbnb is a perfect place for a one or two people! If you’re looking for a place to stay near the city, this a great location with a good amount of parking!

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

This place delivers in its promises. Monique is a very responsive, helpful host, answering our questions within minutes, and the apartment had everything we needed. Everything is nicely labelled so easy to find, with nice extra touches like welcoming chocolates. We sat out in the little courtyard under the flowering rose, then into the cosy indoors as evening fell. We did a load of washing, cooked a meal - the hotplate works really well - and slept well. We chose the location as very close to friends, but it is also close to shops, charming restaurants and easy to get around. Highly recommended.

Victor and Erica have made creative and welcoming use of their space, and it's warm and inviting. The decor is comfortable and modern. Easy access to the Marina District, a two-minute walk to a full-fledged grocery store, and a five-minute walk to renting bikes to explore the Golden Gate Bridge, the Embarcadero, and beyond. It's an ideal spot for exploring San Francisco!

My partner and I slept like a dream in the extremely comfortable bed. The location is so perfect right across from the beach and has great cafes in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great stay. The check in instructions were the best I’ve ever seen, I knew exactly where to go. And although I didn’t take advantage of it, I appreciated the offer of an early check in.

Shannon’s place is incredibly clean and comfortable with beautiful water views. It is well appointed and the most quiet place I’ve stayed in the Bay Area. Would highly recommend.

We loved this beautiful garden apartment! It was perfect for my son and I while he attended a camp at SFSU.

Our stay was very comfortable and extremely happy to have parking while in San Francisco. The apartment was modern with all the amenities. I can see Eric improves every time from having a heater for cold evenings to having a full kitchen available. Even tons of board games for all. Eric was always responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at Eric's place!

We loved staying at Jody's place! It could not be more central, on the hill between the Castro and Noe Valley. Gorgeous location. The hike uphill is a workout, bring your walking shoes! Other than that, perfectly clean and bright garden level studio on a beautiful, quiet street. Thanks Jody and John!

James was always pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. He was also accommodating when anything was needed. The place was lovely, comfortable and pristine with all the necessary items one would need. From the very private back deck surrounded by beautiful green foliage the view was awesome...a perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lorraine’s place in San Francisco. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials one could need. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to great restaurants, parks, and other local gems. Lorraine was such a kind and attentive host. She shared so many helpful tips and recommendations that really enhanced our visit. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and her sweet dog Kimo was the cherry on top — such a cutie! This was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco, and we’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Five stars all around!
