The apartment was just like the pictures and very clean. The only downfall is that they are building right in front and it’s very noisy couldn’t sleep late but who goes to DR to sleep 😂 Would definitely rent again.

Excellent services. I felt at home, the apartment is nicer in person than in the photos, super spacious, very safe for people who have children. Mrs. Esther is excellent, super nice and very attentive and helpful…. It will be my number 1 place in Tenares👏💕💜. I recommend it 100% 💯 I thank Mr. Joel and Mrs. Esther, because my reservation was last minute and they made it easy for me to stay🙏👏.. blessings

Our party of three stayed at Andrea's apartment for just one night. The place is roomy, very clean and well furnished. There is air conditioner in the living room and the two bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom looked updated and there was plenty hot water in the shower. The kitchen is good size and well equipped, except the countertop is too high for a shorter person and the curtain in the kitchen too close to the stove and may be a fire hazard. There is no microwave oven, but we did not need it. The building is very secure. There is no private parking, but we had no problem parking on the street on the side of the building. The location is very convenient: Just 3-4 short blocks from the city center but far enough from the traffic noise. We would definitely stay at Andrea's apartment in our next trip to Salcedo.

This is an pristine place to stay, everything in the home functions perfectly! The host was very responsive, respectful and friendly. The security was excellent! The host should be a super host and I recommend this home to anyone! 100 percent amazing! I look forward in continuing further business!

The peaceful surroundings provided a perfect escape, while the attentive host ensured all my needs were met promptly. The check-in process was seamless and straightforward. The accommodation itself was immaculate and modern, even surpassing the appealing photos I had seen online. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that combined comfort with accessibility to local attractions.
