Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

The ground floor has a wooden beam ceiling where the kitchen is located, a table and relaxation area with TV and a comfortable sofa. The basement has a ceiling sometimes in red bricks, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a small storage room and a private bathroom with a shower.

Cosy apartment - Only 1 minute to Ponte Vecchio

The entire apartment is available, not shared and you will be able to self check in. The apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Florence - just at Palazzo Pitti only a footwalk to all other main sides such as Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment lies in the fourth floor and unfortunately without an elevator, but you will have enough space to relax after an exciting day in the city Center.
