Everything was impeccable.

We had a very nice stay at Fredy’s, we had everything we needed. The checkin was flexible with clear instructions. The house is in a good and very safe area, quiet, close to supermarkets. Just 1 km away you have Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galeria. Bolt taxis are cheap if you need to do larger distances. The only negative things for me were some mosquitos and the internet connection - although good, it was not always reliable especially away from the kitchen area. However, I managed well working from there. Overall, a very good experience, I would recommend. Fredy was also very nice and welcoming. Thank you!

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

Modern building with spotless gym/pool area. Apartment in pristine condition and hostess always eager to help upon request, when minor issues showed up.

Excellent experience. I recommend 100% this accommodation for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay since it has all the facilities, in addition to being safe and very well located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
