Holiday rentals with a patio in San José de Maipo

We had a great experience! The apartment is very well located, with everything nearby — supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and public transportation. In addition, the property is super well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The host was impeccable: he helped us with absolutely everything, always available 24 hours a day, extremely helpful and attentive. We feel welcomed all the time. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

The apartment is well located, and you can walk to many places. A safe place with privacy. My wife and I love and recommend the place.

Alana is a great host and I felt welcome and supported while there. She is very responsive and replied to my messages very quickly. The place itself is very cozy and has a great view. Even though the address given on the listing page was correct, I was not sure I arrived to the right location since there was no photo of the entrance provided, so I suggest this to be fixed.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our ski vacation. There were four of us, two which were children, and we felt we had plenty of space. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and up to date. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. If you plan on cooking, be sure to do your shopping in Santiago before heading to the mountain.There is a small, quaint market that has a few necessities but is quite limited and expensive. Also, bring alcohol because it can only be purchased at the restaurants, it is not sold in any of the stores. We really loved the ability to ski on/off. You could walk out and put your skis on and ski down to a lift. On the way back you take a cat track from the hotel and only need to walk a short little hill to the condo. On the main floor of the condo there is a place to store and lock up both your skis and boots.

Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have lots of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for the cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! We are definitely very grateful and happy, we will surely return!

The place is very nice with a very peaceful environment. The spacious house with spacious and practical kitchen, it is well equipped just as the description says and even more. All comfortable rooms and pristine bathrooms The place has a very good heating so you will not be cold inside the house but you have to go warm since the sector is cold in itself. The wifi works perfect even that bad signal on the phones there is then I don't think it's a problem. As a recommendation I could say that around the house I was very neglected but I don't know if it is the effect that the land is private and has more neighbors inside it. In short, a good place, we will come back if or if Thanks to the hosts who were very helpful in every detail

Beautiful cabin, it had everything you needed to spend a good weekend. Everything was clean and tidy. The spaces were super comfortable. They left us firewood for the fireplace so we didn't get cold at all. Very friendly host care. It exceeded our expectations and would certainly go back.

We loved our stay at Piedra Luna, a dreamy and relaxing place, just what I was looking for. The community was wonderful. I recommend them 100% by the jars. Ame la cabin ❤️

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see them when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
