All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Ideal for two people, it has large areas inside and outside, an outdoor bathtub, a clay oven, a stove, a deck for reading; inside a large room with unique windows, a nice kitchen and bathroom, the room invites you to meditate. A conscious place that cared for and adapted to the forest🌳

Un oasis en Boca del Rosario con acceso al río y muelle propio para actividades deportivas (incluye kayaks) y pesca. Contamos también animales como caballos y ovejas. La casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Espacioso living, con barra, comedor y comedor diario y amplia cocina completa. También una gran galería con parrillero, mucho espacio verde y estanque de campo para bañarse. Cómo mencióne anteriormenten el campo tiene salida al rio Rosario con muelle y rampa para bajar embarcaciones.

La Viña Tranquila is a unique, modern, & tranquil place located in a rural Canelones ~40 min from MVD. It's surrounded by fruit trees, eucalyptus, and nature. It's centrally located to visit the wonderful Uruguayan wineries in the area. A great place for singles, couples, and/or small group of friends to relax & escape the city. The house has 2 rooms each with AC units & 1 bathroom for a maximum capacity of 4 people . There's plenty of open green space on the property. We're pet-friendly!

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can be rented with the guest house that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Beautiful for walking to the river and discovering nature

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
