Great house in a very beautiful area

A little house very close to the beach. If you are looking for tranquility, this is where you have to come. We had a great weekend, the weather was great, the owners of the house were very attentive, we'll be back for sure . thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

We loved staying here. You breathe in peace and quiet. It has everything you need to spend a great few days. 15/20 minutes from beautiful villages and beaches. Recommended!!!

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. Close to all services and the beach is just a step away Miguel treated us super well, so much so that we can't wait to go back! Thank you for making this stay a home....Sara, Borja and Holly

Highly recommended accommodation, my girlfriend and I had a perfect weekend in this accommodation. The area is very beautiful, surrounded by magnificent beaches and leisure just a few minutes away by car. Perfect for a getaway for those looking for tranquility, privacy and options to visit very interesting sites. Both Thais and her family have been very nice and helpful to make our stay as good as possible. 10/10

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Great Apartment, for short of long stay. Maria is very active and reply super quick! I recommend 1000% to stay at her flat!

Marta is super friendly and approachable, willing to help with everything. Welcome details in the house, a pleasure of hosts. One criticism, a couple of pool chairs would have been nice. Otherwise, everything was great.

Beatriz's home is beautiful and is exactly as-is shown. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The location is about a 10 minute walk to town and the main beach although there are smaller beaches closer. We really enjoyed our stay here. As others noted, there are minimal supplies provided. Be prepared to bring your own dish soap, trash bags, etc. That said, we would happily stay here again.

Dolores' apartment is perfect for a few days of rest. Everything was very clean and as shown in the photos. They gave us clear directions for the arrival. It is centrally located and close to all the restaurants. Best of all, the sea views from the terrace. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Very good location for the Genoveses and Monsul beaches. Quiet retreat with good views. Clean and comfortable. Just to mention that the complimentary gel and shampoo were scarce, since the containers were small and perhaps two per person would be more appropriate.

A quiet location, but easy to get to different destinations in Cabo de Gata. Very clean and cozy, and very attentive to any needs we had. It's worth it.

Lovely sunny and airy and clean place. We slept very very well and enjoyed our time thoroughly. There was a gentle smell coming from the toilet but it’s completely fine if you close the door - it’s just regular sea sewage sort of smell and we didn’t mind it! We’d definitely recommend its splendid.

Perfect stay. Both description and photos fit the reality in full. Quiet area, easy to park, close to many places. Clean apartment, with everything you need to spend a few days, furniture in very good condition, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, pressurized water, and with gel and shampoo. In general, a very cozy apartment, in a fantastic area. unbeatable value for money. I have already recommended it to several friends and if I go back to Gata, we will repeat. Delighted. We loved the atmosphere

We had a wonderful stay in the house with my husband and 8 year old son. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, nice open view Elisa was very responsive and adorable with us. We strongly recommend their listing Thanks again!
