You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

We only rent to families and responsible adults. Not suitable for young people only as noise policies are very strict and carry high fines. If you're interested, there's a pickleball club open to the public inside the Raquet, paying a daily fee per person.
