Overlook the river for this Ski in/Ski Out 1 bedroom Condo! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Park your car and walk everywhere! Pool/hot tub are being renovated currently AND there is construction. Pool/tub done sometime end of Sept or Nov.
