Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan La Laguna

Samuel was super accommodating and let us check in earlier than we were supposed to which we really appreciated. Super responsive and offered us recommendations! Highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe, incluso mucho mejor. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento lo que se necesitara y que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia, sin lugar a dudas súper recomendado.

The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again! -— El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Las instrucciones para llegar y hacer el check-in fueron muy claras, todo sin ningún tipo de retraso. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

el host 100% amable, resolvió todas las dudas que teníamos asimismo con los problemas que de presentaron! 10/10 Aunque para prepararnos deberían de informarnos que de preferencia un carro 4x4

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

This Airbnb was in a great location! Private enough to be away from the business of the city but close enough to walk to the stores, restaurants, explore the city, and the dock to grab a boat ride to the other towns. It was clean and kept very well and the groundskeeper Lucas was easy to reach out to if we needed anything. The hosts were also easy to reach out to and responded very promptly! Would stay here again!

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Looked either freshly remodeled or built. A lot of space. The living room is what I loved the most. It’s exactly how I would want my home. Huge Tv and couch to chill and watch a movie. You could throw a party in the bathroom. I was by myself but if you come as a small family there’s plenty of space to have your own peaceful corner. Would without a doubt rebook.

don't hesitate to book this place!! such an incredible, magical stay. it was even better than the pictures in person, its your own private treehouse overlooking the lake. antonio & sara were incredible hosts & very helpful/responsive. antonio was able to refill our filtered water when we got low no problem, and even brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers & food for the cat that likes to sleep on the patio :) we stayed for a week and didn't find neighbour noise to be loud whatsoever-the village goes silent around 11pm. beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset/3 volcanoes. the bed is very comfy & kitchen is well equipped. this place is WELL worth its amazing price, cannot recommend it enough!

What a great place... the views, the lake, and the greenery all around. This Airbnb is slightly off the main road but very walkable with a cool little shortcut down by the lake that gets you access to the heart of San Marcos in no time. Augustus and his partner were the best hosts I've ever encountered on Airbnb. They left a present of homemade kombucha (using harvested fruits form the garden) in the fridge, offered to light up the sauna, and allowed us to use their paddleboards during our stay. He gave us personal recommendations for food, drinks, and numbers to cab which made our stay 1000 times easier. This stay may not be for the less active/ luxury seeking travelers, but it's the perfect spot for anyone who wants to relax, take in some nature, and get in touch with some locals and the outdoors. Thank you Augustus for all of your generosity and the perfect chance to unwind and enjoy what Guatemala has to offer. 🙏🏻

Alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila, vecindario seguro, con garage, a 15 minutos de todo lo céntrico de xela. Cecilia muy amable en todo momento. Recomendado.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Beautiful place to stay !

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Garten. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf alle drei Vulkane. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vor Ort, aber leider keine Tassen. Als wir Maria danach fragten, wurden uns sofort Becher gebracht. Wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Amenities are great and accommodating and we are so thankful to have new friends in the area. Un millón de gracias Diana, nos vemos pronto!
