Pet-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan City

We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The place is nestled in the city but feels incredibly homey and relaxing—perfect for a quick recharge. Each room was very clean, spacious, and functional, making our stay extra comfortable. No need to travel outside Metro Manila to enjoy a peaceful escape! The whole team enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Parking easily fit our 3 cars, and the location is convenient—close to restaurants and fast food spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

Ms. Marlene’s place was beyond our expectation. The place was clean and organized, with complete amenities, great view, cozy and homey vibe, and overall aesthetically pleasing. She offered a high speed internet, TV with great sound system, complete spices for cooking, and free coffee and tea! Ms. Marlene was also kind, friendly and responsive with our concerns and request. Great place with a great view. Walking distance to Shangrila Plaza and Megamall, with all the possibilities for shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Metromanila

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The place has the basic items you will need both for short and long term stays. Host is responsive and helpful in providing instructions. The guards at the lobby are also friendly and accommodating. Wifi is very strong and stable - I never experienced latencies on the duration of my stay. I was able to work at home with no internet interruptions. There are also lot of stores nearby - convenience stores, laundry shops, meat shops, spas, banks, fast food restaurants. Pool is also available. Place is quiet even at afternoon - which is important for me as I work during nighttime. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place gives you best comfortable experience. Highly recommend for staycation if you want to relax and enjoy. Netflix is available too, with fast wifi connection. The view in the balcony is also amazing. Fortunately, we were able to watch with coincidence, some fire works just right before us during the night. The only cons so far, is the attentiveness of the housekeeper, who made us wait for almost 40minutes for check in. The room has is tidy but the odor needs to be taken care of. Everything else went perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended
