Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

El alojamiento y comunicación de 10. Está ubicado a pie de playa, las piscinas tanto para nosotros como pra nuestros hijos (4 y 2 años) perfectas, también tiene un pequeño parque con columpios y con tobogán que facilita a que los niños estén encantados. La casa tiene amplios ventanales que hace que estés con vistas a la playa comiendo y cenando super agusto. El apartamiento tien de todo para pasar un estancia agradable. El parking con acceso en ascensor a casa muy cómodo. Pero lo que más destacaríamos es que el anfitrión estuvo pendiente de todo a cada instante incluso ofreciendo recomendaciones de la zona y siendo flexible.

Amazing apartment with the best views of Benidorm. Check in was easy, great communication throughout. Place itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Loads of room for 4 guests and great balcony space. Would highly recommended, thank you!

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Das Gebäude, wo sich das Apartment befindet ist auch sehr sauber. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich und der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es hat uns gefallen, dass es nicht direkt in der Partygegend war und man so seine Ruhe hatte. Das Apartment ist großartig ausgestattet - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Amazing views of all Benidorm. , massive balcony. , very clean and comfortable. , need to be quite fit or get a taxi back up big hill , only 5 euros from bottom so no big problem but if the hill wasn’t there you wouldn’t have that Amazing view. , I would certainly recommend this apartment

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit ein sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir waren eine Woche lang zur Remote-Arbeit mit Urlaub in der Unterkunft, es war traumhaft. In zwei Minuten am Strand, gute Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor Ort, schnelles Internet, ein großer Balkon, vollausgestattete Küche und die wichtigsten Haushaltsgeräte. Eine ideale Workation, würden wir jederzeit wieder machen. Maria hat uns während dem gesamten Zeitraum hervorragend proaktiv und zu allen auf kommenden Fragen unterstützt. Sehr gerne wieder 😉👌

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

We loved it! Nuria and Jose Manuel are the best host, so consideratre and responsive. This is a high spec apartment, everything is in new like condition. The apartment is close the beach and also a tram station that gives access to other beaches and the centre of town. There is a on site pool, amazing! very clean and the entire garden grounds are so well kept. We had three young kids and they played joyfully in the pool every day. The bedrooms have black out blinds which is great to get and keep the kids to sleep. Our three year old accidently broke a plate and Nuria was so relaxed about it. We would come again, so safe, great weather, grounds and truly couldn't have asked for anything more. We would come again!

Mooi appartement met ruim bed, groot balkon en prima omgeving met alles op redelijke loopafstand en nabij busstation. Enige minpuntje is dat ik dit appartement geboekt had om de sportschool in het gebouw. Helaas kon ik geen gebruik maken hiervan omdat ik de sleutel niet kreeg.

⸻ “Un séjour inoubliable ! Ce logement est tout simplement incroyable. La vue est à couper le souffle, que ce soit au lever du soleil ou en soirée — un vrai spectacle naturel chaque jour. L’appartement est parfaitement propre, bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Davids lejlighed ligger med en smuk udsigt til havet i Arenales del Sol. Lejlighedskomplekset er enormt flot, rent og med masser af faciliteter. De dejligste swimmingpools, herunder børnepool med legetårn og rutsjebaner. Man kan tage elevatorer og gå ned til stranden på ca. 10 minutter. Stranden er meget flot. Der ligger flere restauranter omkring. Indtjekning var nem, og lejligheden var flot og ren med faciliteter til en tumling.

Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia , la urbanización es muy cómoda y la playa está a 10 minutos andando y es muy buena playa. Hay buenos restaurantes para llegar dando un paseo y los niños han disfrutado tanto con la pista de pádel como con la de fútbol. Nos gustaría repetir !

L’appartement offre bien plus que ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire a eu plusieurs attentions très appréciables à notre arrivée. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable, et la vue sur la piscine ajoute une touche de charme supplémentaire. Je recommande vivement !

Una estancia inolvidable, nos habríamos quedado en la casa todas las vacaciones. Tiene un encanto especial, a la casa no le falta un detalle. Para ir con mascota es ideal. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es una zona tranquila bien comunicada. El anfitrión Eduardo, no estaba (pero atento a lo que necesitáramos), pero si su hermana Ana con su perrita Milna que nos ha enamorado. Sin duda, si volvemos a Alicante, nos encantaría alojarnos en Casa LA COVA. Muchas gracias, ojalá hubiera muchos alojamientos como este

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Todo perfecto, muy lindo espacio para largas estadías. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación principal de tram y de varias paradas de buses.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

We had a lovely experience booking this place for remote work. Dominika and her mom were very supportive, responded promptly and helped with all of our questions. The place was clean, had a lot of space and all of the essentials we needed (even snacks, so the attention to detail was very nice). They provided bikes, which were really helpful as we got around the town quite fast (10-15 mins until the beach, gym or mall). There are 2 bus stations really close (1 min away) for the bus going to Torrevieja (which is 1.6 euros for the ride). The supermarket is 5 mins away and there are a lot of activities (padel, tennis) close by too. The pool was really nice as well and the neighbourhood is really peaceful. We recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Los Altos! Thank you for everything, Dominika! ❤️

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair.
