Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The accommodation and communication are 10. It is located right on the beach, the pools are perfect for us and for our children (4 and 2 years old), it also has a small park with swings and a slide that makes the children happy. The house has large windows that make you have a view of the beach eating and dining super comfortably. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The parking with elevator access to the house is very comfortable. But what we would highlight most is that the host was attentive to everything at all times, even offering recommendations for the area and being flexible.

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing:) It is easy to reach everything on foot; the airport and city is also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we'd love to come back!!

Amazing views of all Benidorm. , massive balcony. , very clean and comfortable. , need to be quite fit or get a taxi back up big hill , only 5 euros from bottom so no big problem but if the hill wasn’t there you wouldn’t have that Amazing view. , I would certainly recommend this apartment

Very nice apartment with a very nice view of the sea

We spent a week working remotely with vacation in the accommodation, it was fantastic. In two minutes on the beach, good cafes and restaurants directly on site, fast internet, a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen and the most important household appliances. An ideal workation, we would do it again at any time. Maria supported us excellently proactively throughout the period and on all upcoming questions. Very happy to come back 😉👌

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

We loved it! Nuria and Jose Manuel are the best host, so consideratre and responsive. This is a high spec apartment, everything is in new like condition. The apartment is close the beach and also a tram station that gives access to other beaches and the centre of town. There is a on site pool, amazing! very clean and the entire garden grounds are so well kept. We had three young kids and they played joyfully in the pool every day. The bedrooms have black out blinds which is great to get and keep the kids to sleep. Our three year old accidently broke a plate and Nuria was so relaxed about it. We would come again, so safe, great weather, grounds and truly couldn't have asked for anything more. We would come again!

Very friendly and helpful hosts! The apartment was nice, clean, well equipped for a family and in a calm area. Directly next to a tram stop and short walk to the beach. We would book it again!

Beautiful apartment with spacious bed, large balcony and great surroundings with everything within reasonable walking distance and near bus station. The only downside is that I booked this apartment for the gym in the building. Unfortunately, I could not use this because I did not get the key.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

The apartment offers much more than what is necessary to have a great stay. The owner had several very appreciable attentions when we arrived. Everything is impeccably clean, and the view of the pool adds an extra touch of charm. I highly recommend it!

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

I recommend staying at this location. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and utensils, storage space. Very friendly host. It's nice to go out in the morning with a cup of coffee in the garden. The area is luxurious, paddle court outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting all the sights and the beach for 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping mall and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

We had a lovely experience booking this place for remote work. Dominika and her mom were very supportive, responded promptly and helped with all of our questions. The place was clean, had a lot of space and all of the essentials we needed (even snacks, so the attention to detail was very nice). They provided bikes, which were really helpful as we got around the town quite fast (10-15 mins until the beach, gym or mall). There are 2 bus stations really close (1 min away) for the bus going to Torrevieja (which is 1.6 euros for the ride). The supermarket is 5 mins away and there are a lot of activities (padel, tennis) close by too. The pool was really nice as well and the neighbourhood is really peaceful. We recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Los Altos! Thank you for everything, Dominika! ❤️

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. Pleasure to stay would recommend

We had a perfect stay with our kids of 1 and 3. The location of the house is great, view on and direct access to the pool, view on and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Tram access very nearby, which takes you everywhere. The house was perfect too, everything was arranged for, including toys for the kids and beach amenities.
