Villa holiday rentals in San Juan

Let me say, this is not an Exaggeration. The home was absolutely BREATHTAKING‼️ the CLEANLINESS, was top TIER. My family and I enjoyed everything about our PR Trip. Fernando, provided EVERYTHING. There’s no need to bring toiletries, towels or rags or beach towels, unless you absolutely choose to. I wish I would have known that, it would have saved us a lot of time and money. Everything was literally in Walking Distance! We didn’t leave out the gate unless we absolutely wanted too! The beach was literally in the backyard. Once you find the walkway path to the beach it’s easy to access. We also had the pool to our selves, which was nice. I would Definitely recommend anyone who’s coming to visit please do. Fernando, was so kind and helpful‼️ I promise you will not regret it. This by far has been the best TRIP I’ve had when coming visit family and being hosted by an Airbnb host. My family and I had a great stay at Joelis’ place in San Juan! The apartment is on the bottom floor of a gorgeous house and was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The location felt safe and was super convenient—just 5 to 15 minutes from most of the attractions we wanted to explore. Joelis was a great host, and if I return to the area, I’d definitely look to book with them again. Highly recommend!

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

Great place to stay, great location, great Host. The location is amazing as well as the property. The host is always available if you need anything. Private and with extra parking. Recommended for a piece of mind vacation.

My group of 8 loved staying here. The kitchen is large for the meals we had at the house and the living room was big with lots of seating so we could all feel comfy. The hot tub got lots of use and there is even a grill for cooking up some meats. The location feels very safe and is walkable to the beach.

Check in and out very simple. House was as described, and it accommodated as many as it stated.

We had a group of 11 looking for a place to stay close enough to the airport and cruise terminal. We came into SJU 2 days early and wanted to check out PR. It was CRAZY that we all came at different times, but Ricky and Carlos were phenomenal at getting us from the airport to the Villa. So very patient with our staggered schedules!!! Then, Carlos took us on a 10 hour fun filled trip around San Juan to El Yonque, the waterslides, Ron de Barrelito and other local attractions. We felt like VIPs with all the locations we saw and the personalization Ricky and Carlos showed us!!!! I am a travel advisor, and would HIGHLY recommend this group. The Villa was crisp and clean with lots of NEW items in it. My particular party of 6 came in at 1130pm and when we got to the Villa we saw there was a brand new coffee machine, but no coffee, Carlos went and got us some PR local coffee. JUST OUTSTANDING Hospitality and care were shown the entire stay!! I just can't say enough good stuff.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

This airbnb was fantastic. The owner accommodated to our needs and allowed us to do an early check in without charging the extra fees. The house was very clean and beautiful. The private pool was perfect. I loved how there were towels and toiletries available to our family of 8. Beautiful and safe location. I definitely recommend booking here. I will be returning in the future.

A beautiful gated community that made you feel at ease!! Our family members of 11 had ample space to gather around together or be off in their own space!! The outdoor space was perfect for your morning coffee by the pool or glass of wine before bed!! Ruben the house manger is outstanding!!!!!! He will great you and walk you through the property and depending on your type of stay will make excellent recommendations for any need!! Ruben also comes back and sees that your stay was satisfactory!! Definitely recommend staying here!! We had beautiful memories for our family wedding!!

Javier was the most amazing host ever! Super proactive and responsive! He offered suggestions for fun things to do, places to eat, activities and more! His home was beautiful and had toiletries available for use. Everything was super clean and the property was BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful and quiet! We will be staying here next time we come! A great bachelor party venue! Good amount of space to comfortably fit 8-10 and we had a ball. Easy to uber everywhere as well. Pool is nice and even with rain here and there the space was nice.

The local host was very responsive and even tough he lives upstairs, never bothered us. The swimming pool was well-maintained. Apartment was clean. The internet did not work in the week we stayed there. The bathroom was functional, but could benefit from improvements (shower head, toilet seat).

Place was great, really beautiful.. noticed it was coconut and avacado tree’s growing right in the yard felt like we were in the real home land ! Kelvin was great, communication was 10/10 . He accommodated me flying in early and letting us check in right when we got there. Honestly can say dealing with air bnb I’ve never had the service and hospitality like I’ve had from kelvin & his place .definitely would recommend for anyone traveling to pr soon !! ☺️

First thing I appreciated was how understanding Ricardo was, as we arrived later than expected due to a canceled flight. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, he was very quick to respond and provide a solution. The only thing I would say could use some work is the yard could use a little more maintenance if the goal is to match the photos precisely, specifically pressure washing would make a world of difference, fix pool sticks or invest in new ones, hang dart board back up as pictured and provide darts. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much!! The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed! We were even gifted a papaya from the landscaper. View was amazing with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

Everything is super organized, clean and very cozy. We stayed 8 people and its location was very pleasant because of its tranquility, the super pool and the children's pool is a great detail. The communication was excellent and the location was accurate. I would definitely stay at La Hacienda again.
