My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

Surf Front Villa In Samar

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, steps from the surfing, and swimming beach. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning from this third floor suite. Walk down the private stone path and step into the water, explore the tide pools, or paddle out to the surf. Take a two mile stroll down a secluded beach, and perhaps not even see another soul. Our place is located in Lalawigan, Borongan City. 10min drive from Borongan City proper. A seawall is under construction on the beachfront so you cannot access the beach at the moment. Our bar and restaurant is temporarily closed so if you will book this room, you will have access to everything inside our place. We have free wifi and smart tv with Netflix. Guests can also cook inside the room. Amazing beachfront view most specifically during sunrise.

We visited Borongan City for the Philippine National Surfing Championship, and we’re so happy with our decision to stay at Rupert’s Airbnb. I loved being sheltered under a big tree, with walls covered in plants. Their friendly dogs made us feel right at home. The staff and customer service were incredibly helpful. I appreciated the privacy and calm atmosphere—it’s less crowded compared to staying in a hotel, and the large property makes the place feel open and relaxing. The property is well-maintained. Grateful to you guys—thanks, and see you next time!

Rupert and his team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He even went out of his way to help me book a transport to the airport. The room was exactly as described and showed in the photos — I particularly loved that there were options for lighting, hot water shower, and enough storage. Clean, spacious, and worth the price. Icing on the cake was a Borongan magazine that helped me check out local spots. Thank you to Rupert and team! Will definitely come back!
