This is a great rental for a family. There is plenty of beach equipment as well as equipment for toddlers if needed. Being dog-friendly is a major plus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice for walking and it is a short drive to restaurants and the beach. We took advantage of the hot tub and the very relaxing back yard.

Our recent stay at Michelle’s Airbnb in Leucadia, California, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Michelle has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that rivaled the coziness of our own home. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to whip up almost any meal. From cookware to an impressive array of spices, we had all the tools to enjoy home-cooked dinners, which made our stay even more special. It’s rare to find such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! The location is perfect for soaking in the local culture. Right on the beach, we loved taking daily walks to explore the vibrant Leucadia community. The highlight, though, was watching the sunset every evening from the living room or deck—pure magic! Great location and cute neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out in the house for are large party. The Bedrooms were nice and big and the kitchen was stocked very well.

The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

The guest house on Kris’s plot was as advertised and just what we needed for our stay in North County SD. Thanks for the wonderful time! My kids had a particularly good time.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. I have 3 young boys and there was plenty of room for them to relax and play in the yard. I loved being able to walk to the beach & its proximity to different activities were great. We enjoyed Lego land & the San Diego zoo

Vivian and John‘s cottage was a perfect place for a three day stay. Very peaceful and calm with beautiful surroundings and close to everything I needed to get to. I would love to come back at some point.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was nice, clean, and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and the area was nice and safe. Natalya was always responsive and friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

This is my third time staying here in a year. I absolutely love it! The location is perfect...so close to the beach. I appreciate that it has beach chairs, etc. to take to the beach. I am so glad I discovered Seaside Village, and am already looking at dates for my next trip.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

The apartment is, well appointed, spacious & complete with everything you could want. The gardens are beyond beautiful, with lots of interesting trees and shrubbery and even a walking trail around the whole property. The pool is lovely and child safe. We felt very safe, there was an entry code for the front gate and another for our unit. The whole house is located in a beautiful, upscale area.

I loved the location, we could walk to coffee in the morning. A few great food options are close. The kitchen was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, we didn't because the food choices were too good in the area.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

Kimberly‘s unit was a great option for a local event. It was spacious, convenient and very well priced. The kitchen was well appointed and there were excellent restaurants nearby. They were very responsive and checked in frequently during our stay. We would definitely recommend and rent this unit again.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The location is amazing- walking distance to La Costa Resort restaurants and a short drive to beautiful beaches and shopping areas. We hope to stay here again in the future!
