Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 1-year-old son in Bergell. We found a top clean apartment with loving details. We particularly liked the completely fenced terrace. We immediately felt comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Gianluca. He is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Gianluca. The beds are very comfortable and a baby bed was also provided to us in tip top condition. We would be happy to recommend you and Tamara and if we find ourselves in Bergell again, then definitely in your great apartment.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check in was very smooth. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Really great place and perfect location!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! I recently stayed at Donatella's place with a group of eight and it was truly great. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, and she provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Donatella was super responsive to messages, which made our experience even smoother. The location is perfect for climbers or anyone who loves nature. I will definitely be returning and can confidently recommend her place to others looking for a wonderful stay in the great outdoors.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

The accommodation is well equipped. Above all, the small garden is very cozy. Elisa is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is completely "dead", so if you are looking for a restaurant, you will not find one in this place. We wanted the peace and seclusion, so the location was perfect for us.

Marina was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. When we realized we had forgotten to ask about making up the sofa in the living room, she immediately offered to come and take care of it. It was a hot day, and she kindly brought us a fan to make things more comfortable. She also helped us with the laundry and recommended a nearby self-service laundromat. Many thanks, Rotem

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and we had all the things we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is amazing! Also parking the car was easy and safe. The pool area was a cherry on top! We would like to come back one day.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. I had a super, quiet and relaxing time in the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the communication always worked very well! Despite the relatively bad weather, I was able to take some nice walks and excursions on foot. The nature around the apartment is beautiful and the hot tub also served its purpose 👍 Thank you Chiara and family for the pleasant stay.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
