This is a two level cottage, with beautiful bedroom upstairs. The downstairs living area includes full kitchen, bathroom, entertainment and work area. The kitchen with spacious and bright view of the garden is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, and full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you like to cook, you'll enjoy the fully stocked housewares and high end kitchen appliances. New washer and dryer are located in structure behind cottage to maximize your living space inside the cottage. Beautiful bathroom with granite decor, vaulted ceiling and skylight. The private cottage is all yours. You have direct private 24/7 access to the cottage through the driveway gate. The back yard garden, patio, fire pit and jacuzzi are shared. I enjoy meeting and talking to my guests, providing advice and recommendations (if requested) about local highlights and places to explore in the nearby nature (parks, hiking trails, great beach locations). I enjoy back yard BBQs with guests, friends and neighbors. This lovely cottage is walking distance from the nightlife, restaurants, and bars of both downtown Redwood City and downtown San Carlos. Due to the great location close to downtown and Caltrain, you WILL hear trains passing through and some vehicle traffic from the main road nearby.
