This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Woodsy Barndo Getaway

The first Barndominium in St John’s County, FL has been a passion project of mine since 2021. Built as a place for me to stay with my family, close to my mother’s house up the road since I was tired of spending time driving back and forth to hotels.
