Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Excellent location just blocks from Metro El Llano and Franklin. Residential sector. Spacious and very quiet apartment, with a good gastronomic offer just steps away . Close to Parque O´higgins, Movistar Arena, Movistar Arena, Lucos Barros, supermarkets, and good highway connectivity. A condominium apartment with a 24/07 security and spacious green areas.

Renovated, Central, Design & Beautiful City View

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

Very well connected, minutes from the central highway and downtown Santiago. The apartment has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Optional: Daily parking can be rented. You'll like it because it's a cozy, nice, safe apartment with a nice view of the mountains and well-equipped. It has a pool that can be used in the warmer months. It is located just 2 blocks from the “Santa Isabel Station” Metro and close to the Italia neighborhood, Bustamante Park, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Notary and Restaurants. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment does NOT have parking.
