Apartment holiday rentals in San Miguel de Allende

Spacious, well equipped, lovely space. I really enjoyed this space. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

The Manager Kris and his wife were the best Airbnb managers we’ve ever had. A wonderful check in with them and they drove us around to show us the area and addressed every issue we had promptly and satisfactory. I highly recommend this. Home and chris is the manager. We will definitely be back.

The best option, Ursula is a very kind person and communication with her was excellent. The place is very clean, nice and in an excellent location.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, although I was very few days and we did not enjoy the facilities of the complex, everything well maintained and cozy

The view is absolutely amazing. The location is very quiet and very safe with a good security staff. Absolutely no steps or stairs, which was great.

I highly recommend it. The Ikal team takes care of every detail, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much :)

Carla’s apartment is located in a beautiful, recently developed residential property called Quinta Tenerias in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean with lots of amenities and a wonderful balcony. On the rooftop of Quinta Tenerias there are two terraces. One with a jacuzzi, and both with great views of San Miguel de Allende. Sharon, the manager of Quinta Tenerias, does a fantastic job running the property and was so helpful with a very late check-in. Henry, the concierge, was also so helpful with bookings and attentive to any needs. In short, this is simply a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city!

Really great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity, you feel at home for the comfort, amenities and certainly the toilet. Condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

We were in the middle of a move and one of us recovering from surgery. This was a perfect haven away from the chaos to recuperate while looking out at the peaceful patio and rest in quiet after a day of packing. Marcos was also very flexible and responsive when we had any questions and when we needed to add more dates. It’s also a really cute neighborhood with lots of green space.

straight from booking the unit julio was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. he gave super clear instructions on how to access the unit. the unit was beautiful, very clean, felt very safe, and a very walkable distance to the centro. next time i visit san miguel de allende i will book here!!

The apartment is very well, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The subdivision is very nice and quiet, the large pool, all very accessible and good location.

Beautiful place! the only thing was that the doors wouldn't lock (bathroom/rooms) but other than that great place, peaceful neighborhood, super clean space.
