This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

Walking distance to center plaza of town along the romantic Malecon. 15 minutes away to all of the best restaurants and shops. Away from the cruise ships tourism and traffic. There is parking out front for your car rental, you also have a biking and jogging lane separate from the main road. I consider it a privilege for you to choose my property.

This spacious condominium is located in the Las Ventanas complex. It is on the first floor and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It has 2 Full size beds in one room, a Queen size bed in the other, and a King sized bed in the master. It has everything you will need access to, including parking. I live nearby on the same property, so any problems you may have, I will be able to address promptly. The neighborhood is a gated community about a half mile from the Cozumel downtown and ferry.

For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We have 2 double beds, a sofa bed, a small refrigerator, an electric boiler for hot water, air conditioning, a small kitchen with a small stove and high-speed internet.
