The Sabbatical House

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off from Antigua is provided (weekdays, up to 6 pm.-restrictions apply) Nature-, book-friendly.

Azvlik House

Azvlik House is located 9 minutes from center Antigua Guatemala. It's situated in a pleasant, walkable gated community surrounded by coffee plantations and abundant nature. 24-hour security is provided. The house blends colonial charm with contemporary touches. It's a welcoming space, surrounded by nature, with views of the mountains and the Agua Volcano. The garden area features a private pool, heated by solar panels, as well a barbecue grill for enjoying time with family and friends.

The apt is located in the busiest area 2 blocks from the Arco de Santa Catalina and 4 from the central park. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE, but there is paid parking 50 mts. There are supermarkets, banks and ruins 2 blocks away. Gozaras of privacy and a quiet environment. I coordinate TRANSPORTATION with an additional charge.
