IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Built on high ground with a large roofed deck and a privileged view. Equipped for 2 to 4 people. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a second trundle bed underneath. A full kitchen, refrigerator, and wood-burning stove. We pick you up at the port of Colonia when you arrive and take you when you leave.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Just 500 meters from the bullring, 200 meters from the Colonia letters, on the Rambla. I went for a walk along the beautiful Rambla de Colonia. Just come and enjoy. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed with a trundle in the living room. Linens included, dishes, chairs, and beach umbrella.

A rural establishment with the comfort of the city surrounded by a landscape where birdsong is the predominant sound. 20 minutes from downtown Colonia del Sacramento, you can walk the streets of the historic city, visit the emblematic Plaza de Toros, stroll along the riverfront promenade, and choose from a large number of restaurants.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings on the property from different historical periods, including remains of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The studio overlooks a colonial central patio and has 1 bathroom, a kitchenette with a queen bed and a large sofa bed separated by a folding screen.
