The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Ground-floor studio located in the beautiful Carloforte, on one of the most charming streets of the historic center, just steps from the port where the ferries dock. The apartment consists of a single space with a niche that houses a custom-built kitchenette. It accommodates two people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. The property also includes a bathroom with a window. There is a bench beside the entrance belonging to the property. Coin-operated laundry nearby.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.
