The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

Ubicado, hermoso, nuevo y elegante departamento

Disfruta de una experiencia con estilo en este alojamiento céntrico, cerca de Reforma e Insurgentes. El departamento tiene un cuarto de grandes ventanas con una cómoda cama matrimonial y un baño completo, una cocina hermosa con puertas replegables que transforman la estancia en un espacio elegante con un comedor de calidad al lado de una linda sala con televisión. Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

El Miniloft está en una antigua casona remodelada de la Col. San Rafael. Muy cerca de zonas turísticas y de trabajo. El espacio es adecuado hasta para 4 personas (solo niños mayores de 8 años) pues cuenta con una estancia en la que hay un sofá cama queen size y en la parte de arriba hay un tapanco con una cama matrimonial. Cuenta también con una cocineta y un baño que son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. Áreas comunes: cocina sala/comedor, y roof garden.
