Loft holiday rentals in San Rafael

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

Highly recommend this AirBnB if you are staying in Condesa! We had a group of 6 and this AirBnB comfortably housed us. The space matched exactly what was pictured in the listing and our hosts were were incredibly friendly - they would proactively check in on us and ask whether we needed anything. The location is amazing too and very walkable to great coffee shops, restaurants and bars! One thing to note is that some parts of the property is a bit dated and could be looked into making repairs, such as loose floorboards, irresponsive light fixtures and loose stair steps. Despite these things it didn't bother us doing our trip because we were out and about, but I think addressing this would make this place even better than it already is! I will likely book this place again in the future, especially when traveling with a medium sized group!

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

I had a lovely stay at Rodrigo’s. It was a convenient location and a relaxing place to crash after exploring the city.

Nuestra estancia fue increíble! El departamento superó nuestras expectativas: estaba limpio, bien equipado y decorado con muy buen gusto. La ubicación es perfecta todo muy céntrico, pero lo bastante tranquila para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a cada duda que tuvimos. Sin duda, recomendamos este Airbnb y volveríamos encantadas.

My visit to Ciudad de México was unforgettable—in large part thanks to the wonderful accommodations and their unbeatable location (¡qué chido!). Having a full kitchen with a dishwasher was a real plus. When I couldn’t find dishwashing detergent online, Julio kindly arranged to have some delivered to the front desk for me. The front desk staff, especially Martin, were friendly and welcoming, reflecting the warmth I experienced from Mexicanos. The unit itself was spacious and open, with a large bank of windows that made it feel bright and airy and connected to the city outside. There is some street noise, but as long as you’re aware of this and bring a pair of earplugs, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the central location and easy access to everything you could want. Lastly, Julio was so responsive and helpful with questions or requests, I felt right at home during my two-week stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Once apartment was dream! it was so beautifully decorated. It was very modern. The view was spectacular. The blackout curtains were the best. The wonderful warm thick blanket came in very handy at night. The AC worked wonders. The apartment was very tastefully decorated as if it was for the actual living quarters of the owner. They did not cut any corners. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.!👍💕

Beautiful place, wish I had more time there. The simplicity was wonderful, but has everything that you’d need for a short stay. I’d definitely go back.

This was our first visit to CDMX and we only had three days, so being in the center was very helpful. We walked everywhere. Being above Cafe Nin was a special perk. We ate there every morning because it was so delicious. The loft was charming and the gaurd Manuel was very nice. Rosario was super responsive and provided a great book of reccomendations. The street is a happening spot and we got to listen to the most amazing band playing next door from our balcony window. Great shopping district if you like fashion.

Para nosotros ha sido una excelente opción por la cercanía al aeropuerto, aparte de que hay zona para caminar y a pocos minutos se puede ir al centro comercial Oceanía donde hay todo, desde restaurantes, tiendas y bancos. Recomendado 100% sin duda regresaríamos, ya es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos.

Regresaría una y otra vez. Me sentí todo el tiempo segura, la zona es muy tranquila y la habitación estaba impecable. Gracias.

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, ya que se puede llegar a pie desde la estación del metro. Estaba limpio y ordenado. Gaby estuvo siempre al pendiente y en todas las ocasiones fue muy amable. Me volvería a hospedar ahí de nueva cuenta.

The space had everything you could need, a water purifier, a television, a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. It was a wonderful space. I would definitely return.

Excelente lugar! Voy a regresar, tiene cafe, sartenes en buen estado , la cocina está en perfectas condiciones Solo en temporada de calor , el cuarto está hirviendo! Un ventilador más grande sería excelente Pero yo soy de clima frío y para mi la CDMX siempre hace calor .

El lugar se siente como si fuera tu hogar, me encanto la decoración, muy limpio y cómodo para dormir. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro, esta muy cerca de varios medios de transporte, restaurantes y una plaza comercial.

- Diego is a 12/10 host, always friendly, makes one feel at home, super responsive, does his best to fix any problem at the apartment as quickly as possible. Probably the best and kindest Airbnb host I’ve ever had. - The apartment looks like the pictures, is in a relatively quiet area and a safe neighborhood. Bed is comfy and stable WiFi for working from home. - There’s almost no privacy however. The curtains in the living room are see through and there are no curtains in the kitchen. The terrace just outside the windows is open to a lot of men who sit and look in through the windows or throw parties in the middle of the night just outside the windows. A solution could be to get another set of curtains and limit access to the terrace.

Muy agradable la estancia, independiente m, el anfitrión siempre a la orden, muy a gusto esos días que estuve allí, zonas comerciales muy cerca, en general contenta con el lugar.

bastante lindo lugar, bastante acogedor, me llamo mucho la atención la iluminación que tiene ya que es calida pero con ese toque familiar, bastante buen lugar para pasar la noche

Todo excelente, súper bonita vista y el lugar muy agradable. Solamente el apagador necesitaba un poco de fuerza para que las luces se quedarán encendidas pero de ahí en fuera sin ningún problema.
