Very nice apartment on the ground floor of the house. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, small living room, and a very large living room of 36 m2: in this space, on one side a queen size bed, and on the other a large oriental living room overlooking a shaded terrace with everything you need to eat outside, relax or have a barbecue. Large bathroom with shower completely renovated. The house is surrounded by a large garden! Ideal during the heat wave because it's always cool!
