Holiday rentals with lake access in Sand Dunes

A great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches of Peró and Conchas. He accommodated our family and met the expected needs.

The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

I would like to thank Silvio and his wife for the welcome, hospitality and kindness, they are excellent people. The house is very well structured, comfortable and with all amenities. Safe neighborhood and excellent location, as it is close to Park Lagos shopping mall (less than 10 minutes on foot) and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

Very comfortable house, as advertised, facing a beach with a good stretch of sand. Quiet and very pleasant location, with markets, bakery and other shops nearby, so you can walk without problems. Vinícius' house is great for those who want to rest from daily stress, being in a beach area without tumult, regardless of the day. Waking up to the sound of the sea and fresh wind, it's too good.

The home is great, hosts are extremely polite and always on standby to help. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable beds, space was clean and all organized. Super indico and I'm sure I'll be staying in the house again.

Great place to rest at the carnival. The house is very comfortable, it stays throughout the day but opening windows is very airy. Good outdoor space. The hydro comfortably holds 4 people. We just miss more cookware and grill handling utensils. No more, no stress! Great place.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

My stay was otima! The place is exactly like in the pictures – well taken care and super cozy. The location is great, and the host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and quiet.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The apartment itself is already charming, has a decoration that conveys that air of home and warmth. Very well equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the net on the balcony and relax by listening to the waves of the sea at night Great location, just one block from the beach, has a small handicrafts fair on the side street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermecated nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, agile to answer us and clarify all questions, in addition to passing on several tips and useful information... I also want to leave the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the porters, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I will undoubtedly return....

It was a wonderful weekend, really everything very close, like supermarket snack bars, everything very close, the house was very complete, I didn't miss anything, I felt at home, but the best thing was the view of the sea, it really exceeded my expectations and my family's, the host Natalie was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, everything was wonderful, I will definitely return.❤️❤️

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

A very cozy property to gather family and friends. As soon as I have a new opportunity, I will make a new reservation in order to spend more days and be able to enjoy all the differentials.

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!

Great stay, host always responded willingly to everything we needed. The house was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The yard with the pool is great, it makes you not want to leave. Good taste landscaping and super quiet neighborhood. We'll be back for sure. Thanks
