Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

The Byre has a separate sitting room with large screen Smart TV. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. The hut is in a paddock with another hut, next to a farm track used by walkers, close to two local pubs, and a village shop.

The annexe has tastefully been converted from a double garage into a modern 1 bedroom open plan apartment that can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The annexe is situated at the bottom of our 80ft x 33ft garden, has it’s own patio (a trellis partition across the patio allows for extra privacy) with table and chairs for outside dining. Please note, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
