The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Järvsö and Hassela ski resorts are about a 40-min drive. For horse lovers we will be happy to connect you with a local riding facility owner in our area.

Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Slappna av i detta lugna boende vackert beläget med fin utsikt vid älven Ljungan. Privat brygga som man kan ta ett morgondopp vid. Två SUP med flytvästar finns också att låna. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Cabin 2 by the lake

Beautifully situated cottage at Holmsjön, 67 km from Sundsvall. The cottage is located by the lake with bathing area right outside, as well as good fishing opportunities both in Holmsjön and lakes nearby. On the property there is another cottage for rent and also the host couple's house. There is boat and canoe for rent. We are happy to lend our bicycles if desired. There is a barbecue area as well as a wood-fired sauna to borrow.
