Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Bus connections are good, otherwise we offer parking space for you with a car. Sandnes and Stavanger are nearby. As well as many great hiking areas, both by the sea and the mountains. Good hiking areas in Melsheia or summit trip to Vedafjell within 30 minutes. Nice garden with barbeque area and terrace by garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

From this apartment you have easy access to everything. Location is in the center of Sandnes, a few meters away from the seafront. There is a multitude of restaurants and shops within 3-5min walking distance, as well as the train & bus station with frequent departures to Stavanger (15min) or Kristiansand. The apartment is in the 7th floor and has an open planned kitchen and living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony with afternoon/evening sun. Cycle parking is available.
